Personnel at PennyMac were very professional and helpful. Problems I had with the closing related to the title company and getting a notary to honor appointments made. The title company was supposed to give me a $100 credit for the inconvenience caused, but I still have not received it.

The overall experience starting was great. There were a few minor hiccups with regard to funds to close. Communications and follow up over about 5-7 days were somehow not getting through to us and left us a bit frustrated nearing the holiday. In the end everything worked out as Affan originally explained to us.
