Jamie called me every week to keep me posted, even when there wasn’t anything new to report. He knew which Fridays I worked and which I was home which made me feel like he really knew me and cared. I enjoy his weekly calls and now that my loan has closed, I will miss him.

Better communication, one point of contact, better response time, contact information provided, a working and user-friendly portal, accurate documents, the list goes on and on- honestly one of the worst experiences with a business ever and very scary considering the large amount of money involved.

I was told I would get a discount, I don’t think I ever received. I was also told I would get money back if it didn’t close as (when it was supposed to) planned and I don’t think I ever got that.

Overall great experience with my refinance . Closing took longer than expected but Kami Weber and her team worked really hard through the process to get me refinance at a great rate

Great service great prompt communication. Small delay in closing but this was due to the title company needing additional documentation. I was told my closing cost would not change because the delay in closing due to the missing document but I did have to pay additional costs that I was told I would not need to.
