From the first contact with Jane, through the on-going process to final closing, I had no issue at all. Any and all questions answered without any further discrepancies, met with my complete satisfaction. Suzanne and the rest were great to work with, and I would do this again if the need ever arises. Thank you for your efforts to stay on top of this, and dismissing my concerns legitimately, when other factions attempted to make this process complicated. Thank you again, everyone I am content.

The experience was great however; I am not very good with a computer so I got frustrated a lot . I was receiving email from the Mac team that Mrs. Lopez had to explain. It seem to me that Mrs Lopez was current with the progression and status of my loan than the Mac team. Thank you for the help.
