I liked the communication from Xavier. Even if i wasn't able to answer the phone he left a detailed message weekly. I didn't have to ask myself , I wonder what is happening with my loan, he consistently called or reached out to me weekly.

As a loan officer myself. This was by far the longest loan I have ever seen take place. We did not need an appraisal and was asked 2 times for paystubs. I had to keep emailing Larry and Moe to see what was going on with the loan. Larry did email us the same thing every week saying our loan was in for final approval for almost 3 months. But we are happy with our rate and had to pay to keep it at that rate. Thank you Jamie Smith

Overall, great experience other than the long wait for closing (2 months past expected). However, this was due to an abundance of refinance applications and the system being overwhelmed.
