I did not feel taken care of at all with this company. I felt like their website is severely lacking, the availability of customer service laughable, and the quality of their loan service lacking training and reliability. I only refinanced with this company because they had handled my first loan and done it well. They offered me a lower interest rate and I thought it would be more efficient to stay with them. I couldn't be more wrong. Disappointment after disappointment. Closed a month late.
Great communication and timely handling
For me it was Good... they don’t have Good for a option so I have to write it in.
Was hard to get in touch with agent at times.
Not being computer savey they helped me in other ways through the process.
It was easy doing the refinance with PennyMac since I already had an existing loan. They sent a notary to my home to sign the closing papers, so that was an added plus!
better and more timely communication
I was very frustrated that I was asked for bank statements and pay stubs 3 or 4 times. Also very upset that my credit report also had to be pulled 3 to 4 times! I would have appreciated being updated more during the process.
