Their were to many people involved ,I couldn't get answers or have emails replied to .I tried very hard to get my flood insurance changed but still have not been able to which would save me half ,
Everyone Was very knowledgeable and friendly.
All went smoothly, except my property tax payment. The Title Company didn't pick it up at 1st. Brandon kept on top of it with the title company and finally got everything nailed down. Greart job on Brandon's part.

The monthly payment turned out to be $130 over what was quoted. I realize the quote was an estimate, but that was disppointing it was that far off.
