Nothing Hermes did. I believe underwriting took too long. And their was one error in our escrow for property taxes. But Hermes is thoughtful and returned every call.

This started as a simple call for some more information after receiving a normal refi email from PennyMac who has always held my loan. I was guided through the application process very quickly and had pretty much completed 75% of my loan process by 9:30 or 10 in the morning. Started as curiosity and turned into enormous savings! Really, I couldn't be happier.

My confirmed signing agent bailed at the last moment forcing me to miss closing by month end. Although we rescheduled one business day later, it forced me to pay another month of interest. Other than that snafu to no fault of mine, the overall experience was good.
