It was not Peter's fault. I had four scheduled closing dates...apparently the first three sets of documents were sent to the wrong title company. It was very frustrating for me, the closer, and Peter. First closing was Oct 30 and finally closed on Nov 20. Something is badly broken in your processes

Anna was great! We probably could have used more up front information on what to expect, because we definitely started to panic towards the end as our situation turned out to be unique in a couple of ways. Some of the expectations of documentation were a bit unreasonable, as they proved to be a huge burden, but overall we closed on time and with a more or less normal amount of stress.
Working with Imelda Sanchez and Hilda Kuklinski was awesome and made all the difference compared with past experiences with other institutions. They are both competent, responsive, and friendly and returned my calls the same day. I received regular updates throughout the loan process and had all my questions and concerns thoroughly addressed. I would highly recommend working with both of them. Hilda knows the business inside and out and is always so pleasant and helpful - thanks so much!
