Fast painless process
This whole process was painless and went very quickly. Both Darius and Brianna were great to work with and answered all of my dumb questions.

Application process was easy. I like that the closing was able to occur in my home.
Not sure who my loan person actually was. I would call Rob but someone else would pick up or voicemail for someone other than Rob. The only person that was consistent and responded to me was John F. I believe he was the loan originator. Once I finally spoke with Rob he was helpful but that was not several weeks into the loan process. My sister is considering a refi or purchase but Im on the fence regarding recommending Penny Mac. Thank you.
The loan process took over 3 months but the loan agent was really trying her best and is very accommodating.
