Gina Merritt is the reason for my great experience throughout the refinancing process. It took longer than expected and Gina communicated with me every step of the way. She was always patient,, answered my questions, and willing to find an answer for the ones she couldn’t readily respond to. Gina worked what seemed to be around the clock, sometimes I would hear from her early in the morning, sometimes late at night (there is a time difference, and my schedule to be considered).

After signing the documents I have emailed the loan officer twice to get copies of the signed documents. Absolutely zero communication back which is very disappointing. I want copies of the documents that I signed sent to me in the mail.
