I started the refinancing process in early August. I was told I would close late September or early October. My loan apparently got stuck somewhere but no one called me. I had submitted everything they asked for. I called Barbara just about every day for 3 or 4 weeks asking why my loan wasn’t moving. She kept saying she would talk to her manager. It finally got pushed through and we closed on November 6th. I feel like this was way too long and it was not handled the way it should have been.
My experience with Jericha Kane was wonderful! She is a sweet and knowledgeable young lady. Very dedicated and responsible. She made it a joy to refinance my loan with PennyMac. Thank you for such a wonderful processor! Dalis Wilson

The whole experience was great, very detailed and transparent. Robert and Affan took time to answere all my questions leaving me extremely confident with my decision. Everything happened just as they explained absolutely no surprises, which Iove. Actually there was one unexpected surprise...my rate a little lower that what I was expecting, that was awesome!!
Sent 20 pdf 6 times ; discovered error on loan application by loan officer, which could have jeopardized loan; loan almost fell out because of first loan processor's lack of communication; passed around to so many individuals lost count; had to get PennyMac Tech Team involved several times; b/c no response from loan officer & 1st loan processor; ultimately getting higher management involved. Took 3 months to fund b/c of so many glitches Once Robert Winkler took over, everything went smoothly
PennyMac Managed My Veterans Mortgage. My Point of contact Mr. Juan Soto worked with me in utilizing the Veterans EARL. I would like to say Thank You Very Much to him. PennyMac Mr. Soto is a keeper. very professional and although it was late , heading into after hours he worked diligently to help me acquire the best options. Mr Denny Mueller kept me informed as my application processed through. The one issue I have is the Notary Service POC, this was not a positive experience.
The process took way longer than expected. Would have like someone keeping me updated on the process in a friendly manner.
