process was kind of long but due to covid-19 things did take longer
When I called to talk to one if he wasn't available he returned my call quickly the only downside I had was the time difference between Pennsylvania and California there were times when 1 called back and eating documents and it was laid out afternoon his time but it was late evening my time in the businesses were closed so some documents on my side I had to wait up till the next day or even the through the weekend to be able to get the documents to get back to him
Pennymac was amazing throughout the entire home-buying process. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!!

Pennymac team have done a great job in assisting me to go through all the necessary steps for my refinancing. Pennymac has made my job a lot easier in terms of finding the best rates and was able to even match with other competitors out there. It's been a great experience overall.
Communications and requests were clear. Everyone was responsive to our questions. The closing itself was very efficient. I would have liked a few more updates along the way as our timeline ran long (due to COVID and record-low rates), just to reassure us we were still in the queue and everything was still locked in. Otherwise, everything was very smooth and easy!
