The closing costs were a bit more than I would have expected as this was a refinance with the same mortgage company. There were some charges that should have not been necessary as you were my mortgage com[any. I already had a title search less than one year ago and I shouldn't have needed another so soon. There are other charges like this that should not have been needed. If I had more free time I guess I should have shopped more. Overall OK, but disappointed that it took so long and there were
