Please improve your loan application website. It duplicates items that are needed and isn't very descriptive on what exactly is needed. I feel like it would have saved a few calls if the website portal was more clear.
It took more time to settle on the account and I was refinancing a account that you have the mortgage on. I would think it should have went quicker because we was refinancing the account with PennyMac Loan Service.
You made this a Very easy process, i do not have much experience with this. Thank You.
It took 2-3 weeks to get responses via email and over 24 hours to get a call returned when my notary did t show up for closing at the originally scheduled time. Joseph de Masi I would rate 5 out 5 stars for being so helpful originally but everyone else was uncommunicative and unhelpful.
Met all expectations and closed as promised.
Tryna was awesome, its the process that I endured was absolutely worse
It was a clunky process and I received six different payoff notices. I had no idea what was going on, then the actual closing documents were incorrect the first time.
