The entire team that was assigned to my loan was outstanding!!!! I interacted with Elizabeth the most and she was phenomenal ! The customer that i received was superb and made this refinance experience quite pleasant!!! .
Overall our experience with the Penny Mac team was great! Nearly all of our questions were answered within a day or two. The only questions we did have we unfortunately didn’t have time to ask. I would recommend Penny Mac!
Mymacteam was great! Handled everything and kept us informed.
I think it would have gone better had we been able to deal with only Peter for the entirety of the loan closing. We dealt with multiple people and because of this things were not communicated between people and documents were incorrect as a result.
The process was a lot easier and much faster than what we expected. We enjoyed working with Andrew, great service!
