When calling your loan center my calls were not answered, disconnected or passed around never getting to the right person. I've sent two emails to Kyle that have not been answered. I recieved a email from Penny Mac about a $1100 origination fee discount. It's been two weeks and no response. During the loan process questions got answered. After the loan closed it appears they don't really care about the people that keep you in business. Very disappointing.
Kami Weber was excellent and her response time was great. Bot she and Moe were great to work with. I got what I needed when I needed it.
This was a streamline refinance that took 5 months to close. If I had been a reasonable explanation for the long time frame it may have been different. I was told from the beginning it would be about 45 days to close. I was told by the originator and the processor that the long escrow was due to the fact that it was taking a long time getting the subordination document from OneAZ. I spoke with OneAZ and I know that the document was prepared and returned to PennyMac early in the escrow.
It took longer than expected due to circumstances beyond control but the process was easy and convenient.
Great service all around
George was fantastic to work with! Every question was answered in a timely fashion. George also did a great job of setting expectations (timeframe) and what and when we had to do to get there.
My experience with PennyMac was great from beginning to end.
I feel like I was very stressed out with this loan process. I was asked for documents and when I sent what was asked I was told they wanted something else numerous times. I could never get a clear date on my closing. The underwriter was not experienced person who was probably most of the problem. My wife and I were just stressed out .nobody seemed to care my house was sold and were living in a hotel waiting for closing
