Easiest and fastest experience I've had.
The refinance process was very easy and I would recommend PennyMac to anyone wanting to refinance. The only thing I wish they would have notified us earlier was the monthly payment amount. It was a little higher than quoted.

It was the easiest refinance because of all the helpful people I encountered. They were all knowledgeable, professional and personal. They genuinely cared about me and my wife as people and not just another sale.
The whole operation was done professionally and quickly and actually ahead of schedule. I was very happy with the whole process.
Working with Richard and PennyMac was quite easy great customer service!!
Delay in closing and was not communicated well. I had to follow up multiple times and had to call the VP to be able to get a concrete answer and time frame for closing.
