The original call with Travis was amazing and he was extremely helpful. Once Mario was assigned for the process it was easy going.
The only thing confusing to me was that different people were contacting me, and at one point I even wondered if I should be talking to that person.. Maybe 6 different people contacted me. Suggestions that I would make are: 1. List the people up front who will be communicating with me. 2. With veryone using cell phones out of the office, caller ID doesn’t identify the person calling as PennyMac. I’m sure I ignored a couple calls because I thought they were political calls. Out of my area code.
I had the simplest and most accurate refinance with PennyMac ( XAVIER) was great he sent weekly information by email and he also called when needed. The process at in home Garage with ( Martin) was also a wonderful process he was very helpful in finalizing my new loan. Thanks for the wonderful and stress free process.

Loan process was easy but only an email to saw loan closed no call and insurance is saying no payment

Sandra was outstanding to work with! She clearly communicated throughout the entire process and made our home buying experience great! As someone who works in banking I know that home buying can be a challenge for some people but Sandra made the experience so easy the entire time. If I could hire her to work for the bank I work at I would do so in a heart beat!
Sandra and Nathan made buying our home so much easier. I am definitely recommending them to friends or family. Thanks again. P.S. they deserve a raise after dealing with us. lol
