There wasn't really anything specific. The time it took was a bit longer than expected. Considering we had to send in multiple sets of pay stubs due to them expiring before closing. And email responses was a bit longer also.
The process took longer than usual but understandable given the low rates and the volume of applications. All interactions with agents were pleasant and informative. Raveena Taylor, my personal navigator, was awesome!
Jazmyne Rogers, was timely, professional, friendly, and very informative. She asked questions to make sure I understood the process throughly..it was great working with her.
The overall experience was quick and thorough. It was nice having the offer of streamlining come from the company that we were already dealing with, it added a sense of comfort

Ms. Janette Matthews was awesome. During my initial communication with her, she outlined the process and what I could expect from her. Part of the expectation Ms. Janette outlined was weekly communication. She delivered on that expectation and more. Anytime I had a question or sent an email, she followed up immediately. I was very pleased with my experience with Ms. Janette. After my closing, she reached out to make sure everything went as expected. Thank you Ms. Janette!!
I had a hard time rating my experience. I’m not one to get worked up, so it’s really not a big deal, but the process was not cut and dry and easily could have frustrated someone wanting better communication. Requests for signatures were received and not actually needed, I’d email directly with a question and only get the automated response to expect a delay, and at the end out closing date was chosen and then no one showed up. Small annoyances to me, but not great business practices.
Good communication and fast
The application process for a refinancing was surprisingly much simpler than I expected it to be. Thanks to some great advice from Tyler, I chose a rate that has huge benefits over the life of the loan. Thanks Tyler!
