This was the easiest refinancing process ever!!
PennyMac Loan Services handled my refinance quickly and professionally. They were there to answer all of my questions. However, while signing closing papers we realized that a mistake had been made on my name on about half of the papers. I think this was a mistake on the banks part, and not PennyMac, but I do not know for sure. Now we will likely have to redo our refinance process or at least do a quitclaim deed, which is frustrating.
Everything was excellent up to the final week. I didn't get the final closing disclosure after I submitted the last requested documentation, so I didn't know what the final cash to close amount was. On closing day I had to contact the escrow agent to see how much money we needed that day.

This whole refinance experience was so easy and simple to understand. I will definitely use PennyMac again in the future. Thank you PennyMac team 🙂
The entire refinance process with PennyMac was superb.
