Easy process. Great experience.
Got a good rate and easy close.
We were told we needed a witness to be at our closing in addition to my spouse and I. Asked a family member to attend, which was a big inconvenience. Only to be told by the notary that we did not need a witness and it was a waste for them to be here. Our notary was late to the closing, however they did text and communicate they were running late. 10 minutes before they arrived, notary requested a copy of our drivers licenses. This was the first time anyone said to have these prepared.
Exavier and Carmelita followed up with me on every step and made sure I had a smooth experience working and closing the loan with Pennymac. A big thank you to both if them!

Definitely met all my expectations. My loan closed in 60 days and I was always kept informed with the status of my loan. Great customer service was provided. Would definitely recommend.
