As a Real Estate Broker I have an expectation of just how the loan process should and should not go. This is my second refinance with PennyMAC and, as the first time, it has exceeded my expectations for a smooth closing.
Great service
Your phone service sucks. I tryed 6 times to get ahold of my loan officer when the loan was completed to ask a question. I was told to enter my SS number which i did, pennymac could not confirm that number put me on hold then gave me a answering machine that never called back. Very poor service.
Everything went so smooth from start to finish, we appreciate ms Tsia and ms Jacqueline Glen they both were great. Very experienced in this field.
Very professional, great communication from everyone involved. Could not be more satisfied!
