All in all we had a great experience with PennyMac and the process went pretty smoothly.

She was always available when we phone her, if not she returned our call(s) within a timely period. 1. Shorten the time or clearly layout the process/time frame. Length of time from loan application to closing was 10 weeks without any reasons, 2. Better response time, The MAC Team concept was a joke. However, J. Kneeland was the exception. 3. Better QC,. Closing was cancelled at last minute due to an error by the final reviewer. Had to rescchedule. 4. Better QC, Final disclosure was not sent until the day of closing and numbers didn't match at signing time.
I felt like the people were very accommodating and helpful. I felt like the loan process took too long so they kept requesting documents. Overall I thought it was a very good experience
