Rosario Lopez was absolutely amazing, hands down. She remained calm, professional, accommodating and empathetic during the entire process and especially towards the end when everything started getting crazy. She was sure to return my calls and emails promptly and exhibited the utmost courtesy when doing so. Rosario was sure to educate me through the entire process, so that I was not caught off guard at any point. Kudos to Rosario. She made a stressful experience much easier to handle.

I received numerous updates throughout the process of our refinance, whether it was to simply let me know where things stood in the process, or to let me know what was needed from my end. It was all clearly communicated and done in a timely fashion. I also had some specific questions towards closing that were answered clearly as well. Very positive experience!
