Few documents were incorrect but these were easy fixes but everything went great.
We started the process in mid June and did not close until October 29th and still have not received checks to pay off targeted debt? I was told this would probably be done by the end of august. Nope not even close and you guys have my mortgage prior to refi which I thought would speed up the process. Nope but I’m sure you will just blame COVID 19. Almost five months for a refi cash out ?????
The lines of communication were slow and sometimes absent, I had to call or email in multiple times to get clarification or answers. I also uploaded the same documents multiple times and had issues with the new portal and was told to use the old portal but it would not accept my emails.

I had an awesome experience, Matthew was so helpful and courteous. Explained very well and felt his concern for us. Ariel e Very nice and pleasant hoped I spelled her name right and down to the notary was very pleasant . Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for your service
Blen Almue I commend you on your dedicated communication, customer service, responsiveness, and overall professionalism. If it wasnt for you I would have walked away months ago even though I still I should have just because there is better rates out there compared to when I started in March and me closing in October. Pennymac You need to provide your staff more access and insight into the process I submitted 2 water treatments forms, 2 termite inspections, and my credit was ran twice two loans
everytime i called my call was returned, same day. customer service was excellent.
A great professional service that was overall very quick and easy.
By the time the loan was in, Interest rates had significantly dropped !!!!!!!!!!!!! That means because I am a loyal customer of PennyMac (my mortgage was with PennyMac and I refinanced with you because I am loyal) I got jammed on a better interest rate because of the length of time it took to process this loan. I tried to bring it up to request the loan be adjusted to the lower interest rate because I have MORE THAN EXCELLENT CREDIT and nobody cared wanted to help. Loyalty means nothing here :(
