Communication was horrible. Closing date changed several times due to no fault of my own. Loan Disclosure documents were inaccurate. Loan process took two weeks longer than anticipated. No one even scheduled my first closing although I was expecting it. I lost thousands of dollars from working as I am a truck driver and had to take off of work on the days I assumed I was closing. I had a hard time getting a call back or email response. I had an agent tell me I have other important clients. Worst

Dealing with PennyMac was great.
Communication is KEY!!!! The follow up / touch base calls should happen as scheduled. I had to reach out even after I/we had scheduled the call. I understand you guys do this every day, but to the average homeowner this is a big/important deal and we are nervous about making changes to one of the largest purchase in our life time
