Did not receive timely response from sales staff regarding my refinance. I was supposed to be called and never did receive a call regarding some closing cost numbers.

Jesse did a great job, once we finally got to work with him, but we were beyond frustrated by then. We closed three loans with PennyMac, but our home took several more months to finally complete it, even though all the information for all loans was identical. I had to stay in constant communication and follow up for weeks on end before the 1st loan we started with in May finally closed in October. Again, Jesse did great, but if working on more than one loan, it should be done together.
