I thought doing a new refinance made no sense until I saw I could save 1.25% and keep my loan with Penny Mac. It was such an easy experience. Drew did a great job walking us through. He was professional, yet personable. I never dreamed at My elder age refinancing made sense, but I lowered our monthly expenses and it was a breeze doing so.
Everyone I spoke with and ended up working were wonderful! All my questions were answered quickly and concisely. The process couldn't have been easier.
