Great overall experience from A-Z. The loan process was straightforward, all communication occurred in a timely manner and there were no surprises.
Be more vigilant about the title company’s actions or the absence. The title company cancelled 2 times the appointment and never communicated to us about the cancellations, they left us waiting with no notification.
Received an excellent interest rate, and the loan closed super fast.
Initially, it took a LONG time for someone to respond to my expression of interest to re-finance with Penny Mac. I requested a call, would get a call from a tele-rep who would then ask me to wait to be transferred to a Georgia licensed mortgage broker/agent. Three times I waited a long time (> 15 minutes) with no one picking up the call. Finally, months later, I got a call.
