would have been much better if it had closed in a timely manor. I felt I dealt with too many people. The right hand didnt know what the left hand was doing. I ll bet I got 10 to 15 of those "pay off" letters. It was the most stressful experience Ive ever had in financing a home. Never seen anything like it. The time it took to get it done was inexcusable. I m glad its over.

Been to the process before it was easy , smooth. This time around felt abandoned, no guidance , no communication , no respect for my requests and treated poorly from A to Z. Coronavirus cannot ne use as an excuse to not provide customer service and accurate information especially during such an important process like refinancing. I felt like no one enjoy working at penny Mac and made the customer suffer. 4 months process ridiculous

I didnt know what to expect. Everything went smoothly. My questions were answered clearly. I felt confident with the transaction. It was very easy. The title company came to my house for signing. No real effort or problems o. My side.
