I took this survey last week and I have not yet heard back from a supervisor. I couldn't get a call back or an email response from my agent or sales person. It's like once they knew the documents were signed they didn't care anymore. Almost criminal in my opinion. I still have some major issues but nobody from Pennymac will return my calls. Use a different lender.
