Loan terms were promised, then pulled back. I was told I would get a $1500 credit toward closing costs, but at the final disclosure was told that was no longer the case - I would not get it and that I should not be concerned with that small amount because it only meant $3-$5 additional dollars a month to me. I explained that over the term of the loan that it was alot, but I was told this was how it was and if I didn't like it I could choose not to do the loan.

If it was not for Michael I would have walked away from PennyMac and refinance with another company. On the day of my closing I signed a CD I had not seen before. I was told different amounts for cash to close multiple times and the title company knew more about what was happening than I did. The communication for the other departments within PennyMac is very poor
Choosing PennyMac for my refinance was an incredibly unexpected fantastic decision! I knew nothing about the company but was done with the big corporate negative bank experience. With PennyMac I immediately knew I was in the best possible hands from the start of my loan application to funding of my loan. I appreciated the highly professional, competent, knowledgeable, personable customer care I received from Nichole Littleon! PennyMac is clearly the only choice. Thank you!
Nothing isn't going to be done with these useless surveys. I doubt anyone even reads them!! I've already communicated all the issues and my grievances with multiple parties within PennyMac. I would NOT recommend friends and family of them!
Kyle did an amazing job explaining everything to me. He answered all my question and help my understand everything!! Thanks for making this process a smooth and stressful free one!!!
