My experience would have been better if I received return emails when I tried to reach out with questions. Many of the emails were never returned or addressed.
Better communication, accurate time frame to close. This loan took 5 month st close. I was lied to, the money at close changed 4 times. You cost me additional money and I was stood up at the closing table 2x. I have NEVER in my life had such problems. If it wouldn't cost me additional money, I would move both my loans and NEVER come back to PennyMac. Very unhappy customer
