The closing process took much longer than anticipated. My application was in review for months with no fault on my side. I was required to fix things on my house that were pre existing before the purchase of my home and in the long run lost hundreds if not a thousand dollars in the process.
I did not receive my return calls or text from Gilbert Herrera about concerns/questions regarding my loan application.
