The weekly communication from Jordan and his peers was what made this experience great. It took sooooo long for all of this to happen. Had Jordan not communicated with me throughout the process, I would have been out of my mind. The day the attorney was supposed to come to my home, he hadn't received the documents from PennyMac yet. I called Jordan, got a hold of him within minutes and in an hour, Jordan had sent the documents to the attorney, enabling my closing to be completed. THANK YOU!
We had a horrible experience with the process. We asked many questions and received no answers. We were asked for the same documents numerous times with no answers as to why or why we were being asked for the exact same personal information and security sensitive material repeatedly. We would love to speak to a higher up to explain everything. We have tried to push all of this information up to the proper resources but haven’t received any response. We are extremely disappointed.
I realize the volume of business impacted the timely closing. The closing was extending several days do to a missing document. Documents were delayed by lender causing a three hour closing reset.
PennyMac employees were great. Need to sure up the process between PennyMac and Signing lawyer. My signing got moved 2 times because title company didn't send the docs to signing lawyer.
