As I closed I noticed the legal description was not accurate and the closer stated he does not make any corrections you must notify PennyMac. I notified PennyMac and I was informed that an email was sent informing them that the legal description was incorrect and no response. It is now a week and no response.

My experience with PennyMac was great because the representative was professional, knowledgeable, patient, very personable. My questions were answered as requested and/or unknown information was gathered from pertinent team members, if needed, to make sure my wife and I had all we needed to make necessary decisions to complete each step leading to the completion of refinancing the mortgage of our home.

I tried to put money down to offset my big property insurance and it was excepted because they want me to pay the property insurance for the life of the loan

I was asked multiple times for tax documents and title company information. I had to call multiple times and follow-up to make sure the documents had been received and processed. There was confusion concerning how the loan would be closed. I was scheduled to close with a mobile notary and I was also called by my title company to close with them. I never got an answer on which I was supposed to use. These miscues added weeks to the process.
