Truly sad how the Assumptions Department and Loan Department stays lieing, unprofessional, and not helping. Even the to their other departments that tried to reach to them and they lie to them as well. Highly don't recommend using pennymac with their lack of leadership, lieing, unprofessionalism, not helpful, never stick to their own words when they say they will call you back or follow up.

The only thing I didn't like was the on line portal. While in Arizona I did not have internet service and had to have my son in law actually do the portal stuff for me. You need to make it easier for people with no internet service.
