Inconsistent and inaccurate communication from loan processors. Still waiting for responses to my last two emails.
Tyra and Natalia were AMAZING!!! I had a what I would consider a less than ideal situation but they were able to work through everything and get me the help I was seeking. They did an outstanding Job communicating throughout the whole process.

That statement is not fully inaccurate. There were no issues with the document communication. The loan officer was amazing though as he always had an answer for every question and explained everything in a way I could understand.
