It was very hard to reach the correct person for information. The time zone difference didn’t help. Scheduling the closing with someone showing up was more painful than giving birth!

Close on time - 3 months was WAY too long for this process, Especially since our mortgage was already with PennyMac. Accurate and timely communication and responses to questions would be good. Having one or two key communicators would help - the only time we got responses seemed to be if we directed the questions in blanket emails to everyone ever having part of the process. We almost walked away more than once, had we done so the first time, we would have closed faster with our second lender.
