I felt that I had to constantly pull information instead of it being pushed to me or questions/documents being asked of from me. I received the appraisal report almost 3 weeks after it was conducted. After communicating my closing date MULTIPLE times, I arrived at the attorney to find out the closing package was not sent to them. When trying to contact ANYONE I was pushed to voicemail over & over, or an unserviced line. EXTREMELY stressful & unprofessional. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
The process was pretty smooth and everyone we dealt with was amazing. Nick kept us informed and up to date. We would use PennyMac again in the future.
All around communication and service was excellent!
The whole process only took about a month which was a month sooner than expected. That was great for me and the whole process was flawless.
