We switched people we were dealing with multiple times. Each time it was unclear whether the new person knew what was going on with our loan. There were gaps in communication between people. One of the loan processors was completely unable to answer any of my questions and just kept telling me the questions would be answered at a future step. When the notary arrived at our house for closing, the paperwork was incorrect and it took over an hour to get someone on the phone to address the issues

Too often the answers to our questions were vague and when answered often late. Confirmation of received documents left us continually calling for clarification. Times and dates stated were never met. Repeated requests for the same documentation was annoying. The online account website is not as friendly as it can be, compared to many others.
