I think the minor errors and communication were impeded by COVID and time zone difference. Otherwise a very good product and service.
Our experience with PennyMac was great! Even though there were bumps along the way, they handled them very efficiently & fast! We were pleased to work with PennyMac.
The process was so easy. It was a wonderful experience. We closed sooner than we expected. Ms. Jennings was awesome! She was very informative. We would recommend PennyMac to our friends and family.
We were hoping the process would be completed 4-6 weeks. Our time frame was much longer.

Mrs. Christmas did a great job and kept a very good communication, i just believe was missing communication between the Title Company hired and Pennymac that made this process take so long. Almost three months since I request and final closing. Closing date was changed three times. Over all I rate for Mrs. Christmas and Pennymac a very good job.
I contacted my loan officer many times, but he never responded.
