This process started with Will Hang who walked me through the entire process and like a relay team, passed the baton to Macy Brown who carried me across the finish line. Great team work, quick responses to every question. Accurate estimates and forecasts, meet or exceeded every commitment. Interestingly, this was going on when the entire country was interested and inquiring about refinancing and they made me feel as if I was their only client. PennyMac provides Super Service!

Communication was poor or non-existent. Time frame was constantly moving back. Every interaction was frustrating or unpleasant. I constantly wished that someone else would take over and process my loan.
