Kelly was great! She kept in constant communication with me. She made me feel confident that things were going in the right direction. Her attitude was refreshing! If you need a closing specialist, you would be lucky to have her!
If it weren’t for Raveena, we would have went with another lender. Raveena was able to answer all of our questions and kept us up to date with the status of our loan. Any issues that came up, she escalated and made sure we were satisfied with the results. Raveena went above and beyond and was a true pleasure to work with.

i'm very proud to have done the Refinancing with you PennyMac. Excellent attention and seek the best way to help the client.
There were several issues with scheduling and the title company. I don't hold Penny Mac completely responsible for the actions of the title company, but I found my self often being the direct conduit to the title company rather than Penny Mac. I'm currently assigned overseas with a seven hour time difference, as a result, I often received calls in the middle of the night, or closings were rescheduled because the title company was attempting to work with me rather than Penny Mac.
