From the onset felt the information to proceed was clear and concise. No hidden agendas. A couple of times tha I required a further explanation of the content I felt the reception was always accepting and did not feel as if my queries were anything less than important. The minor delay was completion verification of my employment which I presume was the fault of my employer. The original closing date was missed. Otherwise mission completed

The initial contact was tough as trying to get to a real time person thru the automated system was a bit hard. but after that it was a pleasure and smooth sailing. the exceeded my expectations.
Brent requested that I resubmit my review due to the scores I gave the first time. I agreed because I don’t feel that he did a bad job. I was disappointed that it wasn’t disclosed at application that because underwriting was so backlogged, we likely wouldn’t close before our initial rate lock expired and that it would likely need to be extended. I did close and have a great rate but it took much longer than expected. Setting a realistic expectation on the closing is really my only complaint.
