Jennifer O. thoroughly communicated with us throughout the entire process. Even during the processing time when I inquired to make sure everything was on track, I received a prompt reply stating where we were in the process.
Smooth easy process. It couldn't have gone better.
Elizabeth was very helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and was very responsive in getting back to me when I called and made the process very smooth and easy.
My agent tried her best to keep me informed as to where the application process was at any given time. The underwriters kept the loan process going longer is the only frustration that I had.
The process was quick and easy. Any questions I had were answered quickly so the process could keep moving along.
Communication with Rosario was a struggle. I am not sure if due to the East Coast West Coast thing but it was very difficult. This loan came down to the wire and we were not sure that we were going to close on time until an hour before the closing. This created a very stressful situation for me, my wife and my family.
Elodia Vargus had a very friendly voice and great customer friendly attitude. Rosario Lopez was very helpful but could improve on tone of voice and patience.
