I want to be clear, Faiza was GREAT. She had to deal with giving me bad information from Underwriting that sent me on a wild goose chase regarding curing a CREDCO deficiency. She had to deal with the terms and rate not being correct when I got the closing docs after all that, and she had to deal with a mistakenly ordered appraisal which I heard about from the appraiser at Absolute Appraisals. I WANT TO BE PERFECTLY CLEAR, FAIZA WAS GREAT AT HER JOB AND A POINT OD CONSTANCY FOR ME.
Awesome and smooth process
Due to the volume of individuals looking to finance a new home or refinance a current loan, our initial attempts to speak to someone difficult. However, once we submitted our application, things began to move like clockwork. Everyone we were in contact with were professional, and took the time to explain the rules and the process of our refinance.
Great communication and updates
Kelsey and Jimmy provided an excellent experience for our home refinance. All our questions were answered quickly and sufficiently. One of the factors that really created our pleasant experience were the frequent updates and check ins from Kelsey. THANK YOU!!!
The emails always came either really late or in the middle of the night. On a few occasions, I had to ask the same question twice because it wasn't answered the first time.
When I first called to lower my rate I was told I had to wait. I waited almost 2 months then when the process started again I was told my interest rate would be 3.0 and the forms that was send say 3.75 when I questioned it the loan agent attempt to go back and forth with me like I was lying because he had written something else. I do not feel very comfortable with PennyMac, I think my rate could have been lowered lower then the 3.0 I ll wait and see if something better comes along.
I was kept in the loop all the way through and phone calls were returned immediately. I appreciated the personal attention to my loan needs. Thank you.
