The process took a long time to get to the signing stage. The first signing apt was missed by the document person. Left numerous messages with Kami about the missed apt and received no response. Called Kami's manager and no response (left VM). When I did get a hold of Kami she behaves as though she didn't know what was going on. I must have left 4 VMs. She had to have known!

Not one of my emails were answered through the whole process. I tried reaching out to Shay multiple times, especially the last day to get clarification, even tried to reach out to her manager with the number provided in her voice mail - which did not work. She was terrible - i would like a call from Customer Service regarding this closing. My husband is also going to reach out to the VA to let know know about the service received.
