Andrew was Avery attentive and responded quickly to all correspondence. Initial contact (sorry forgot his name) when discussing possibility of refinance had excellent customer service skills.

The service I received was very cordial, explaining everything I needed to know with expertise and took their time to let me understand. Ryan Tang put me with a great team, headed by Brent Kaplan and they handled my re-fi with precision and speed. They did a great job. The notary, Kelly Shannon was here on time and explained everything very knowledgeable. She was a delight and an assent to her company. Thank you all, Joanne Schmitz

Language discrimination ordered to Mr. Munoz who did not speak Spanish to me. You did not understand the importance to take advantage of your people who speaks Spanish and who can help people who Enslish is a second language. According to the law this is language discriminitation.
