No bumps in the road. Easy and hardly effected my regular life schedule
Every question was answered truthfully and to the best of Jenny’s ability. It was a quick closing. Nothing was missing. I was given a closing cost estimate that was reasonable. I originally can for an equity loan but I didn’t have enough equity and I was introduced to a FHA Streamline. I love PennyMac and will continue to do business with you guys for all my mortgages. My refinance experience with Pennymac was great, and the process was very easy.
Nichole was very helpful. The guy we worked with in the beginning did not set realistic expectations as to how long the process would take, which caused some frustration, but Nichole set everything right and got us through the process as best she could given the realities of the market.
Simple, intuitive, and immediate..
Firstly, let me say, GLENN MANALUS was the ONLY person who was able to help me get this mess straightened around. We were in constant contact and he went above and beyond his pay rate to fix the mess that was created by others. We started this process of refinancing back on June 6th and FINALLY got it straightened out, thanks to Glenn, on September 10th and closed on September 15th. Honestly, if it weren't for Glenn, I'd probably not been able to close.
I obtained a good rate after the loan process. The pandemic slowed things down with the response but, considering that's a problem with every loan provider during the pandemic, I would say it was an overall good experience.
Nothing special about the process. It was business and I already had a relationship with penny Mac. I would tell others how I did what I did, and That I didn’t have any issues. Therefore if they wished to contact pennymac, they would.
