Whenever I had questions regarding my loan application I was answered in a timely manner, usually the same day. Everyone I've spoken to were respectful and patient with explaining things I didn't understand. The entire process was actually simpler than I had anticipated. I also closed a lot faster than I thought I would.

Great job by the team. All steps in the process were laid out and happened as described. The time to closing was a little longer than I believe is the normal timeframe but with rates currently, so low there is a lot refinancing activity which extended the time to close.
