The process was fast, easy, and well explained. A great experience
Heather is amazing! She's a consummate pro, a total pleasure to work with, and she made a complex process easy. She held my hand at every step of the way and ALWAYS answered my calls. I don't recall ever having to leave her a voice mail. She knew all the answers and if there was something she didn't know, she found out that day. More than that, she made me feel that my business was important to PennyMac and her personally. Thank you Heather for being awesome!

Working with Christine Perkins throughout the process was excellent. She was very attentive and answered any questions she could within 24 hours. Our loan officer, Adam Key, was the opposite. Although everything was completed during the expected timeline, I did not hear from him after July 31st despite multiple emails and phone calls requesting information and asking many questions I had. If it weren’t for the attentiveness of Christine, I would have likely switched to another lender.
The people were great! Arin and Lori were very pleasant and encouraging to work with, which I really appreciated. I felt like I had a team on my side which was reassuring and made the difference.
Angey, Nicholas and A.J. are wonderful to work with. I appreciate all the time they took to make sure I understood everything. It was a very smooth process. Thank you, PennyMac!
Multiple payoff demand statements were received causing confusion. Inaccurate loan info statement was received stating a higher payment than previous loan. Paperwork with notary included a cash out amount of over $250,000.00 which was incorrect and we would not sign. The notary attempted to call for clarification and was given an insufficient answer. Luckily, she located another document in the paperwork that was correct. Lots of conflicting documents were received.

I realize that PennyMac is really busy right now but there was some confusion on communication. The problem might have been that the calls from the company, specifically Mr. Rodriguez were blocked. Mr. Tate was able to get through and explain that may have been what happened. So, it may not have been Mr. Rodriguez fault at all. The actual reason I'm disappointed is that the closing documents said that I'd be getting back $200+ but the real case was that I had to Pay nearly $50.
