A very pleasant experience
During this pandemic It is taking a bit longer and with people working from home and not at their office ,its understandable. I want to thank you all for a job well done. OH , Still waiting for for my check. Even slow mail these days!
It would have been a better experience if I would have had direct communications to the my PennyMac team instead of going to voicemail and infrequently receiving a callback.

Process was very easy except it's difficult to contact folks because of the number of people applying for refi. Contact by phone at the general number was almost impossible. Tami kept me up to date which was very helpful.
