This process started with Will Hang who walked me through the entire process and like a relay team, passed the baton to Macy Brown who carried me across the finish line. Great team work, quick responses to every question. Accurate estimates and forecasts, meet or exceeded every commitment. Interestingly, this was going on when the entire country was interested and inquiring about refinancing and they made me feel as if I was their only client. PennyMac provides Super Service!
Overall smooth process!
Everyone was very friendly and told me what to expect each step. The timeline was accurate and I was kept posted every week of the process. Macy was great, super friendly and pleasant to deal with.
The service I received was very cordial, explaining everything I needed to know with expertise and took their time to let me understand. Ryan Tang put me with a great team, headed by Brent Kaplan and they handled my re-fi with precision and speed. They did a great job.
