Elizabeth was outstanding. Always there answering questions the best she could. But the loan officer was impossible to get ahold of. The process started out good & ended somewhat smoothly & Elizabeth was outstanding & did all she could. But the loan officer made it confusing & it makes me question how it all worked out. Im close to payment I wanted & got interest rated i wanted so Im not really upset but not sure if money got lost somewhere either. Cause the math doesn't add up to me.

The process took a lot longer than I expected and a few of the same documents kept getting asked for. I am currently still waiting on my funds to be disbursed to me, and a couple loand still need to be paid off, which is aggravating. All in all is was a good experience but these few things really stressed me out. I also felt alot of pressure to get repairs finished by a certain deadline, which in not fault of my own, I was at the mercy of a few contractors.

The system you use to request items does not indicate a "received" status. It constantly appears incomplete. so I wound up sending some items more than once. Total waste of my time and yours. Also, initially being passed from one to another to another person was terribly annoying

I was supposed to close on 9/9/2020. Complications everyday. There was always a problem & they couldn’t figure it out. It was 9/16/2020 before we finally closed. Nobody knew what the problem was.

The process was exceptional and pleasant. Both Marica and Andree did a superb job keeping us in the loop throughout the process. It was a very seamless transition and the best teamwork I have ever experienced. Great job!! The Family and friends will always be a Penny Mac’s customer. Thanks!!!
