Constant change in closing figure by underwriting left the process stressed. Ivonne explained aftwr show was provided and answer from underwriting. Note Please make sure my old mortgage shows paid in full. I recieved a call seeking a payment after i closed Thats unacceptable not ivonne fault

I think the minor errors and communication were impeded by COVID and time zone difference. Otherwise a very good product and service.

Mrs. Christmas did a great job and kept a very good communication, i just believe was missing communication between the Title Company hired and Pennymac that made this process take so long. Almost three months since I request and final closing. Closing date was changed three times. Over all I rate for Mrs. Christmas and Pennymac a very good job.
